Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, clinical ear piercing with a celebratory experience. You will use your nursing expertise at the nurse station to ensure cleanliness, safety, and top-notch customer care in a fast-paced studio environment.

You will educate clients on aftercare, assist with ear evaluations, and help maintain Rowan’s standards while supporting studio operations and team growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences per Rowan standards.
• Educate customers on aftercare to support healing.
• Maintain a sterile environment at the nurse station and on the tray.
• Monitor customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Mentor and train new nurses as needed.
