Rowan is reshaping the ear-piercing experience with licensed nurses and a festive, trusted atmosphere. As a Rowan Nurse, you will deliver precise, safe ear piercings while educating clients on aftercare and maintaining an immaculate environment.

You will collaborate with the Studio Manager, work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends, and contribute to sales goals in a retail setting while growing your nursing career within Rowan.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan’s aftercare products.
• Maintain sterile, aseptic environments at nurse station and procedure tray.
• Monitor and enhance the customer experience to meet clinical standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to run operations smoothly.
• Assist in training new nurses and mentoring peers.
