Rowan is an innovative ear-piercing brand that combines clinical care with a celebratory experience. We are seeking licensed nurses to deliver safe, memorable piercings in a retail setting across the United States.

As part of our team you will educate clients on aftercare, maintain sterile procedures, and support studio operations while meeting sales goals. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager, mentor peers, and help create a joyful atmosphere.

Qualifikationen

• Active nursing license required (RN or LPN/LVN).
• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Retail environment with sales goals experience is a plus.

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences with clinical care and a celebratory atmosphere.
• Ensure customer safety, comfort, and smooth flow of care during piercings.
• Educate clients on aftercare and Rowan's products.
• Maintain sterile environments and aseptic technique at all times.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support inventory, station readiness, and supply management.
• Contribute to sales metrics and provide excellent service.
