Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver a safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experience. You will perform piercings with expert nursing care, ensuring client safety and comfort while maintaining Rowan’s clinical standards.

As a nurse in a retail setting, you will educate clients on aftercare, support operating metrics, and contribute to a celebratory atmosphere. Flexible shifts including holidays and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Customer-focused nursing care with a sales mindset preferred.
• Ability to maintain a welcoming, celebratory environment while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan products.
• Maintain sterile environment at the nurse station and procedure area.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Support studio metrics and help drive revenue growth.
