As a Rowan Nurse, you will provide clinical care, ensure safety, and deliver a joyful, memorable experience for every guest. This role offers flexible scheduling, tips making up a significant portion of earnings, paid time off, health plans, and career growth through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required.
• Eligible to obtain a body art license/registration where required.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in retail environment with sales goals.
• Detail-oriented and committed to safety and cleanliness.
• Flexible for peak scheduling, including holidays and weekends.
• Newly licensed nurses are welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical piercing care in a safe, clean, and celebratory environment.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan’s products.
• Maintain sterile procedures and infection control at the station.
• Deliver confident, clear communication with clients throughout the experience.
• Collaborate with Studio management to ensure smooth operations and a joyful atmosphere.
