Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, sterile, and celebratory ear-piercing experiences. As a Rowan Nurse you will perform piercings with clinical care, educate customers on aftercare, and help create a joyful atmosphere while upholding Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standards.

You will collaborate with the Studio Manager, follow CDC guidelines, assist with inventory, and support sales goals with friendly, professional service, including mentoring new nurses and maintaining a clean nurse

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Excellent customer care approach and communication.
• Warm, friendly team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Able to create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers.
• Skilled at conveying technical and non-technical information.
• Interest in a retail environment with sales goals.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Newly licensed nurses are welcome; pediatrics/ear piercing training is a plus.
• Dedicated to safety and maintaining a clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and procedure area.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care.
• Monitor and improve the customer experience to meet clinical standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory and supplies at stations.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines for sanitary piercing.
• Support studio metrics related to revenue and efficiency.
• Mentor and train new nurses when needed.
• Communicate issues quickly and work with team to resolve them.
