Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to provide safe, sterile, and celebratory ear piercing under the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard®. You’ll leverage nursing expertise to ensure comfort, educate on aftercare, and help grow our brand with high-quality service.

As a Rowan Nurse, you’ll collaborate with the Studio Manager, support operations, and potentially mentor newer staff while maintaining a joyful, customer-focused environment across our studios.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, clean, joyful ear-piercing experiences.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain sterile environment and proper infection control practices.
• Educate customers on aftercare and upsell hypoallergenic jewelry when appropriate.
• Support studio metrics such as piercing efficiency and revenue growth.
• Mentor and train new nurses to uphold Rowan's standards.
