Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and plan patient care.
• Identify and document expected outcomes and care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions with timely updates to the care plan.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives within the unit as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform routine nursing duties within a 24/7/365 health care setting.
