Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio (or compact state).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates responses to nursing interventions and revises the care plan as needed.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Operations - Supports department operations and daily workflows.
