Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families in diverse acute care settings. The department operates 24/7/365 and the RN is accountable for nursing practice per the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, with collaboration among licensed practical nurses and unlicensed personnel in a High Reliability Organization focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations - Performs clinical duties as assigned.
