Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio or with the multi-state compact in good standing.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• BSN required with 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients in diverse, acute care settings (24/7/365).
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act criteria.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
• Participate in process improvement activities and departmental operations.
