OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Staff RN for Medical Unit 6 to provide general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 setting. The RN delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

The role requires an Ohio RN license (or a multi-state compact license), BLS certification, and BSN is required after 5 years of service.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and diagnose patient health status; plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Document planned interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate response to care and revise plans as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Support department operations and maintain 24/7 coverage as needed.
