OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care across diverse acute care settings. The RN is accountable for nursing practice and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with a focus on safety and quality in a 24/7 department. Day shift, 36 hours per week in Medical Unit 4.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse license (Ohio or multi-state compact) is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required after 5 years of employment.

Mansioni

• Provide general nursing care across diverse acute care settings.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments and care planning.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate nursing interventions within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in process improvement and patient safety initiatives.
