OhioHealth is seeking a registered nurse for the Medical Unit. The role provides general nursing care across the health-illness continuum in a collaborative healthcare setting. You will be accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing for nursing practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation within a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The position is day shift and 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio
• BLS Basic Life Support certification
• State Driver's License
• Field of study: Nursing

Responsabilités

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed
• Leadership - Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and satisfaction
• Operations - Support daily nursing operations and teamwork
