OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse acute settings in a 24/7 department. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and collaborates with LPNs and UAPs to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with participation in process improvements and safety initiatives in a high-reliability organization.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; 5 years of employment experience may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/diagnosis and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes identification and planning of nursing interventions.
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing care and revisions to care plan.
