Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates responses and revises plan of care.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations - Supports safe, efficient unit operations.
