Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio and/or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification via American Heart Association.
• BSN degree required, with 5 years of employment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments and document outcomes.
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Support 24/7/365 operations in the Medical Unit 2 department.
