Life Care Centers of America in Kennewick, WA seeks an RN MDS Coordinator to coordinate MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans in compliance with CMS RAI Manual Regulations. You will work with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure timely documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• RN license in good standing in applicable state.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

• Coordinate and submit MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans.
• Notify DON of changes in a patient’s condition identified by MDS.
• Educate direct care staff on CMS RAI Manual updates.
• Review Comprehensive Care Plans and Final Validation Reports for CMS billing.
