Qualifications

• RN licensure required in the state of Arkansas.
• Experience with OBRA, PPS and MDS processes preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and CMS guidelines beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Completion of OBRA, PPS and Managed Care MDS.
• Completion of Admit MDS Tracking Forms and Death in the Facility Tracking Forms.
• Coordination of Care Plans with the interdisciplinary team and timely updates.
