Job summary

ForzaCare, part of Ethos Risk Services, seeks a Field Medical Case Manager in Knoxville, TN to coordinate care for injured workers and facilitate their return to work. You will act as the central liaison among medical providers, employers, and insurers to ensure timely, transparent case management.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs or CRCs with workers' compensation experience preferred. Travel to appointments may be required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN or CRC licensure is required.
• CCM or CIRS certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver's license.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care among medical providers, employers, and insurers.
• Attend appointments with injured workers at worksites or clinics.
• Develop and monitor individualized recovery goals and return-to-work plans.
• Provide consistent progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with clients, providers, and internal teams.
