Ideal candidates are licensed RNs or CRCs with workers' compensation experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN or CRC license is required.
• CCM, CIRS, or similar credentials preferred.
• Willingness to travel to appointments and sites.
• Workers' compensation case management experience is a plus.
• Compliance with state licensure and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care among medical providers, employers and insurers.
• Attend appointments at employers' or workers' locations as needed.
• Develop, document, and monitor recovery goals and return-to-work plans.
• Provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure case management work meets customer and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
