Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN – Medical-Surgical Services for nights and evenings. Graduate from an accredited Nursing program with an active RN license is required; 3–5 years hospital nursing experience preferred. Certifications in TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS are expected.

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in applicable State.
• 3–5 years hospital nursing experience.

• Collaborate with physicians and administrators to improve processes.
• Staff units appropriately to meet patient care needs.
• Monitor patient flow and bed management with Staffing Office.
