Job summary

Mercy seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical‑Surgical Services, Nights & Evenings. This role ensures safe, high‑quality care, efficient resource use, and staffing aligned with patient needs.

You will lead a team, collaborate with the Staffing Office, and uphold Mercy’s standards and mission. Qualified candidates hold an RN license, 3–5 years hospital experience, and relevant certifications (TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians and co-workers to improve processes.
• Lead units staffing to provide patient care and manage patient flow and bed management.
