Job summary

Mercy seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services to oversee safe, high-quality care on nights and evenings. Responsibilities include staffing, patient flow, unit collaboration, and staff development within Mercy’s mission and standards.

The role requires a nursing degree with an active RN license and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, plus professional certification readiness (ACLS/TNCC/ENPC or PALS).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• ACLS, TNCC and ENPC or PALS certifications are preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Collaborate with management to improve patient flow and bed management.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting leadership and change.
• Model professional standards and alignment with Mercy mission and policies.
