Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services, Nights & Evenings. You will ensure safe, high-quality care, coordinate staffing, and collaborate with physicians and administration to improve patient flow and processes.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate, current RN license, 3–5 years hospital experience, and certifications such as AHA Provider card, TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the state's Board of Nursing.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• AHA Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care by competent staff.
• Coordinate staffing to meet patient care needs and bed management.
• Collaborate with physicians, admin staff to improve processes.
• Lead by example with professional standards and servant leadership.
