Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Night & Evening shifts in a Medical-Surgical setting. You will oversee staffing, patient flow, and collaboration with the Staffing Office to ensure safe, high-quality care and efficient operations.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license and 3–5 years of hospital experience. Certifications TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS are required or must be completed within probation. Mercy offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Involved in patient flow and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to direct patient care staff.
• Promote change by modeling professional standards and engaging co-workers.
