Mercy seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services. The role oversees patient care, staffing, and collaboration with the Staffing Office to optimize bed management. Nights and evenings shifts support a high-demand environment.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, active RN license in the state, and 3–5 years of hospital experience. AHA Healthcare Provider card and advanced certifications (TNCC, ACLS, ENPC or PALS) are requested.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Assures delivery of safe, high quality, cost-effective care with competent co-workers.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to communicate and improve processes across the continuum.
• Ensures units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care and supports bed management.
• Provides leadership, mentorship and accountability aligned with Mercy Service Standards.
