Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services during nights and evenings. You will oversee safe, high-quality patient care, manage staffing, and collaborate with physicians and administrators to optimize patient flow and bed management.

Ideal candidates have a BSN, current RN license, 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, and relevant certifications (TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS). Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN license current in the applicable state.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or acquire within probation.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective care by co-workers.
• Collaborate with Staffing Office on patient flow and bed management.
• Lead, mentor and guide staff to promote change and professional growth.
• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to deliver patient care.
