Mercy is seeking an Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services on nights and evenings. You will supervise staff, ensure safe, high‑quality care, and manage patient flow and bed availability in collaboration with the Staffing Office.

The role requires an RN license, 3–5 years hospital experience, and preferred certifications (TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS). A Bachelor’s in Nursing is favored, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the applicable state.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or course within probation.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assures safe, high quality and cost-effective care with competent co-workers.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to provide patient care.
• Collaborates with Staffing Office, physicians and administrative staff to improve processes.
• Involves in patient flow and bed management and evaluates care delivery.
