Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services, working nights and evenings. You will ensure safe, high-quality care, oversee staffing, and collaborate with physicians and administrative teams to optimize patient flow and bed management.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, 3-5 years of hospital experience, and relevant certifications (TNCC, ACLS, ENPC or PALS). Mercy offers extensive benefits and a strong commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and patient care to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to improve processes across the continuum.
• Monitor patient flow and bed management in coordination with Staffing Office.
• Model professional standards and servant leadership to engage staff.
• Evaluate care delivery in collaboration with Clinical Manager as directed.
