Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services to oversee patient care during nights and evenings. You will ensure safe, high-quality care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and manage staffing and patient flow in alignment with Mercy standards.

The role requires an RN license, 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience, and active certifications (TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS). Bachelor's degree is preferred; we offer day-one benefits and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program with current RN license.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or be willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and oversee staffing.
• Collaborate with physicians, managers and co-workers to improve processes.
• Lead, mentor and empower staff to promote change and teamwork.
