Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical‑Surgical Services, covering Nights & Evenings. The role ensures safe, high‑quality patient care, staffing efficiency, andcollaboration across units with physicians and the Staffing Office.

The position requires an RN license, 3–5 years hospital experience, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. AHA Healthcare Provider card or course completion during probation, plus TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS, are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
