Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services on nights and evenings. You will lead nursing teams, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and collaborate with physicians and administration to meet staffing and performance goals.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and 3-5 years of hospital experience. Mercy offers competitive benefits including sign-on bonuses and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable State.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Coordinate staffing and patient flow with the Staffing Office and Clinical Manager.
• Collaborate across disciplines to improve processes and care delivery.
• Model professional standards and engage co-workers to promote change and excellence.
