Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our Connecticut-based skilled nursing facility on site.

The ADON reports to the Director of Nursing and supports charge nurses and supervisors while ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing QAPI initiatives to optimize residents’ well-being. Formación

• RN licensure (CT) required
• 2+ years nursing supervisory/leadership in skilled nursing or related setting
• In-depth knowledge of long-term care regulations and CMS Requirements of Participation
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, problem-solving abilities

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct daily operations of the nursing department in compliance with standards
• Provide leadership to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors and train supervisory staff
• Monitor care delivery, medication passes, treatment protocols, and infection prevention
• Lead development of written, person-centered care plans from resident assessments
• Support staffing, scheduling, and staffing information posting
• Coordinate with physicians, medical consultants, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in QAPI program and surveys; assist in plans of correction
• Oversee medication administration and reporting of errors to the Director of Nursing
• Assist with budget planning and equipment/resource allocation
• Plan staff in-service training with Staff Development Coordinator
