Job summary

ZT Systems seeks an RTV Coordinator in Secaucus, NJ to support the RMA department. You will verify returned products, process RMAs for credit or replacement, and coordinate parts for shipment while collaborating with internal departments and customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Count, sort and verify incoming returned products.
• Process RMAs for replacement/credit; acquire approvals from management.
• Coordinate availability of parts for shipping and communicate status of RMAs.
• Work with Warehouse on storage of returned items and verify inventory adjustments.
• Follow company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
