Job summary

ZT Group Int’l. is seeking an RTV Coordinator to join the RMA department in Secaucus, NJ. You will assist in order processing, entry, and related duties, coordinating with warehouses and other departments to manage RMAs for replacements or credits.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office. Includes benefits and growth opportunities within a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or a Certificate of Completion from a Technical School preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative related experience.
• Inventory management and/or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal.

About The Role

We are seeking a RTV (Return to Vendor) Coordinator to join our RMA department and to assist in order processing, order entry and other duties as assigned. This position will be based in Secaucus, NJ

What You Will Do

• Count, sort and verify all incoming returned products to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices
• Examine the returned items to verify conformance to specifications
• Process orders; receive orders, close orders and heavy data entry responsibilities
• Work with Warehouse department on storage of returned particles according to identifying information
• Compiles information and reports on use of stock, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage to stock, location changes and etc.
• Acquire approvals from management to process RMAs for replacement / credit
• Coordinate the availability of parts for shipping and communicate with both internal departments and external customer on the status of RMAs
• Comply and follow all procedures within company policy
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring

• Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, high energy, fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Knowledge in using SAP.
• Some previous office assistant / administrative experience
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal
• Lifting up to 40 lbs. may be required- physical moving of products from one area to another
• Ability to effectively address issues at all levels of management
• Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
• Ability to see the business needs through system requirement for smooth integration of the project

Education

The typical base salary for this position is expected to be around $17/hr. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
