Job summary

Dometic in Port St Lucie, FL is seeking an organized RMA Coordinator to manage returned products from customers, distributors, and internal teams. The role reports to the Quality Manager and focuses on efficient processing, root-cause identification and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will review requests, issue RMAs, verify warranty eligibility, track items in ERP, and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Quality, Engineering and Production to determine corrective actions and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Quality preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, manufacturing, quality assurance, warranty administration.
• Experience with product returns and warranty claim processing; ERP/MRP system experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review return requests from customers or distributors.
• Issue RMA numbers and provide return instructions.
• Verify warranty eligibility and return authorization requirements.
• Track returned items through the entire process.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Production to determine root causes of failures.
• Document defect information and failure trends.
• Assist with CAPA activities.
• Prepare documentation required for audits and quality reviews.
