Job summary

ZT Group Int’l. is seeking an RTV Coordinator to join the RMA department in Secaucus, NJ. You will assist in order processing, entry, and related duties, coordinating with warehouses and other departments to manage RMAs for replacements or credits.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office. Includes benefits and growth opportunities within a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or a Certificate of Completion from a Technical School preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative related experience.
• Inventory management and/or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Count, sort and verify all incoming returned products to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices.
• Examine the returned items to verify conformance to specifications.
• Process orders; receive orders, close orders and heavy data entry responsibilities.
• Coordinate the availability of parts for shipping and communicate with internal departments and external customers on the status of RMAs.
• Acquire approvals from management to process RMAs for replacement or credit.
• Comply with and follow all procedures within company policy.
