ZT Systems is seeking a Warranty Operations Coordinator to manage daily RMA orders and ensure SLAs are met. You will be the main customer liaison, resolving questions and problems while coordinating with shipping, logistics, returns, procurement, and IT to fulfill orders on time.

This role requires problem‑solving, strong communication, and a willingness to optimize processes for faster, error‑free operations in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in order processing, customer service, or warranty operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Good written and verbal communication with professionalism.
• Ability to adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily RMA requests to meet customer SLAs.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve problems and support customer requirements.
• Identify problems in the RMA flow and suggest improvements.
• Monitor inventory vs order requests using computer programs and communicate lows.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve requests; escalate when needed.
• Support customer requirements flexibly to meet SLAs.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate findings to stakeholders.
