Qualifications

• Experience in distribution operations, returns administration, inventory control, or accounting support.
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, able to manage multiple transactions/priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Branch Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, Purchasing, Accounting, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer and vendor return transactions across multiple branch locations.
• Track outstanding returns and follow up on delayed or unresolved transactions.
• Review and authorize return requests in line with company policies.
• Verify return eligibility, required documentation, and vendor authorization requirements.
• Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of return authorizations, shipments, receipts, and transaction status.
• Serve as a central point of contact for branch personnel regarding return procedures and outstanding issues.
