Job summary

Dedicated Computing LLC seeks an organized Returns Materials Authorization (RMA) specialist to accurately perform RMA transactions in Syteline and manage the associated paperwork. The role supports the growth of a team environment and requires quality and professional conduct.

You will identify, sort, label, and prepare items for shipping or receiving, obtain RMA numbers, match credit memos, and generate reports using Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Able to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Adequate phone and general office/warehouse abilities.
• Able to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Able to work up to 8-hour shifts, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Physically identify, sort, label and prepare to ship or receive in a timely manner.
• Obtain return materials authorization numbers from vendors and follow up by phone, fax, or e-mail.
• Match, prepare and transact credit memos.
• Ensure all products on the PO or RMA are included.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Word and Excel.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Recovery area.
• Data entry in Syteline to ship, receive and transfer inventory.
• Maintain files.
