Zusammenfassung

PNY Technologies is seeking a dedicated RMA & Vendor Returns Coordinator to manage the complete RTV process for defective or excess products. You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to issue RMAs, track shipments, and close vendor return transactions.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and Vendor Management to minimize inventory exposure and optimize recovery of returned assets.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in RMA administration, reverse logistics, purchasing, inventory control, customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple RMAs simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Request RMAs from vendors for defective, non-conforming, warranty, or excess inventory.
• Create and maintain accurate RMA records within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Traffic and Warehouse teams to ship products back to suppliers.
• Ensure all shipping documentation and serial numbers are complete and accurate.
• Track outbound shipments and confirm vendor receipt.
• Maintain a dashboard of open vendor RMAs and return activities.
