Pny Technologies, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an RMA & Vendor Returns Coordinator to manage the Complete Return-to-Vendor process for defective, excess, or non-conforming products.

You will serve as the primary contact between the company and suppliers to ensure timely RMA issuance, shipment, status tracking, and closure of vendor return transactions. The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, Traffic, and Vendor Management to minimize inventory

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in RMA administration, reverse logistics, purchasing, inventory control, customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple open RMAs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and inventory control processes.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, computer hardware, or technology products preferred.

Responsabilités

• Request RMAs from vendors for defective or excess inventory.
• Create and maintain RMA records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate shipping of returned products to suppliers.
• Ensure shipping docs, serial numbers, and supporting records are complete.
• Track outbound shipments and confirm vendor receipt.
• Maintain a dashboard of open vendor RMAs and returns.
• Escalate aging RMAs to suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering on failure analysis and product disposition.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Vendor Management on supplier performance.
• Work with Finance on credits, debits, and inventory adjustments.
• Verify vendor shipment notifications and track returns.
• Reconcile discrepancies between shipped, received, repaired, and credited quantities.
• Maintain records of all vendor communications and return transactions.
• Generate reports and KPIs on RMA cycle time, vendor responsiveness, and recovery rates.
• Close RMAs in ERP and supplier portals upon completion.
