Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking an RMA Coordinator to own the full picture of returns, RMAs, and vendor credits in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will inspect returned inventory, determine disposition, and coordinate with Purchasing to secure RGAs while packing and shipping items back to vendors.

You will follow up on open credits, verify accuracy, and maintain precise records, ensuring aging returns are addressed promptly. This role supports inventory counts and audits as needed.

Qualifications

• One+ years in warehouse, inventory, or returns processing.
• Experience with vendor returns, RMAs, or inventory reconciliation is a plus.
• Comfort with inventory systems, scanners, and everyday computer apps.
• Sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and see open items through to the end.
• Able to read return docs and packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Own the full picture of returns, RMAs, and vendor credits.
• Inspect returned inventory and decide disposition for each item.
• Create and process vendor returns in our systems.
• Work with vendors and Purchasing to secure RGAs.
• Pack and ship returned materials back to vendors.
• Follow up on open returns and credits until resolved.
• Verify vendor credits are correct and chase discrepancies.
• Submit supporting docs and keep clean records.
• Keep the returns staging area and filing system organized.
• Watch reports for aging returns and act before they stall.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and process improvements.
• Lend a hand in the warehouse during peak periods.
