Job summary

PNY Technologies Inc. is seeking a RMA & Vendor Returns Coordinator to manage the complete Return-to-Vendor process for defective, excess, or non-conforming products.

You will be the primary liaison with suppliers, ensuring timely RMAs, shipment tracking, and issue resolution across engineering, purchasing, finance, operations, traffic, and vendor management teams. The role requires collaboration and strong organization to minimize inventory exposure while maximizing recovery of returned assets

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request RMAs from vendors and suppliers for defective, non-conforming, warranty, or excess inventory.
