Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory. You will conduct cold calls, set up in-person meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You’ll develop relationships, balance teamwork with individual targets, and grow professionally in a supportive, family-like culture. Training is provided with advancement opportunities and flexible scheduling after building a client

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Aufgaben

• Outside sales in your own territory, meeting owners and decision-makers.
• Set follow-up appointments and review clients' needs.
• Present insurance solutions to SMBs and groups up to 50–100+ attendees.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets and quotas.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
