Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach within your assigned territory. You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, set up in-person meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions in a way that fits each client’s needs.

You’ll be trained in virtual and in-territory sales, with weekly draw pay, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as you develop your book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Conduct cold calls and set up face-to-face meetings.
• Present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
