The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; prior retail or supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
