Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise and assist guests.
• Lead by example in showmanship and customer service, assisting in sales presentations.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and goals.
• Maintain store visual standards and manage merchandising and floor presentation.
• Assist Store Manager with operations, scheduling, and loss prevention practices.
