Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is hiring a Mobility Specialist, TNC to act as a brand ambassador for Lyft and Uber drivers. You will facilitate rentals, process reservations, and ensure clean, safe vehicles for pickup.

You will answer program inquiries, assist with billing issues, and maximize revenue by proactively offering services while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental reservations and processing.
